Venka Pulumati, Managing PrincipalIn today’s business scenario, digitization and globalization have drastically modified the way businesses operate, and managing various facets of a business can be truly challenging. With unified solutions like Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), organizations can efficiently manage the fragmented systems and databases across their businesses. However, small and mid size companies lack the required resources in-house to support these applications. NVision IT’s founding vision was to provide efficient IT and business solutions empowering companies to implement Oracle applications utilizing the existing resources. As an Oracle Gold Partner, NVision teams with clients to help them achieve their strategic goals.“With rich in-house experience and knowledge of Oracle technologies, we provide clients the required support for Oracle applications and Oracle databases,” states Venkat Pulumati, Managing Principal, NVision IT.
From requirement gathering to development, the company enables clients to implement complete set of Oracle EBS including financials, procurement, order-to-cash, supply chain, manufacturing and HRMS. Following the waterfall methodology, the company works with the clients on various scenarios to understand their requirements and presents them with various solutions to choose from. “We also build a working prototype of some of the custom solutions at our cost allowing them to analyze and decide accordingly,” says Pulumati.
The analysis of client’s As-Is process—the present state of organization’s processes—precedes the ERP implementation, post-which the reengineering of the business processes eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies. “We automate some of the manual tasks such as approvals or transaction creation using Oracle Workflow technologies and Approval Management Engine and build interfaces with external systems to eliminate dual entry of transactions,” explains Pulumati. This allows clients to enjoy the benefits of accurate system transactions. For instance, a client required revaluation of open foreign currency transactions during abnormal fluctuation of rates. NVision IT built interfaces to identify open transactions, calculate the difference, and create journal entries for the transactions.

This process reduced tremendous amount of manual work resulting in accurate data reporting from the financial systems.
Alongside Oracle EBS, NVision IT also offers complete Oracle SaaS suite enterprise solutions including accounting, HR, sales management, marketing and project management. Clients can pick and choose the SaaS products they want to implement, starting with one solution and expanding to others.“Our model uses On Shore and Off Shore combinations to balance the cost and effective delivery of on-time solutions,” explains Pulumati. The company’s strength lies in its consultants who have industry experience of over a decade. NVision IT is a solution teaming partner for a number of companies and organizations like the U.S. Airforce, enabling them to spearhead their product development.
The company is a Solutions Partner for Canon Information and Imaging Solutions to deliver solutions leveraging Canon’s Enterprise Imaging Platform (EIP). These solutions will help automate document and image related business processes and integrate them with enterprise applications. Additionally, NVision IT will continue to focus on its core capabilities in Oracle technologies including Oracle Cloud solutions in the coming years. Adjacently, NVision IT plans to build strong presence in the federal markets including state and local governments. “As part of our corporate social responsibility, we are working on a plan to offer free IT training focusing on Oracle technologies,” elucidates Pulumati. Also, the company aims at expanding into various domains of healthcare industry and strengthening its presence in the public sector. “We are extending the network of resources to provide services in the local market and for moving geographically to other parts of the country,” he concludes.
