In one example, a pharmacy franchise that was previously using Oracle on-premise technology was seeking to upgrade to a platform that could deliver capabilities quickly and was simple to use. The client had fragmented systems for creating and managing purchase orders including more manual-based systems with a range of back-office legacy apps. They built extensions into the PaaS layer with capabilities allowing the client to go back to previous orders and take copies of orders, use templates, and a range of functionalities.
